Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Delivery times

These delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Unless we agree otherwise with you, orders will be delivered without undue delay and no later than 30 days after your order is accepted.

UK shipping

We currently dispatch from the United Kingdom.

Typical UK delivery aims:

  • Standard delivery: 2–5 working days after dispatch
  • Express delivery: if offered at checkout, the estimated timeframe shown there will apply

International shipping

We may offer international shipping to selected countries.

Lost, damaged, or missing parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged, or if you believe it has been lost in transit, please contact us as soon as possible at contact@orthotico.co.uk.

Please inspect your order on arrival and let us know promptly if anything is missing, damaged, or incorrect.

Split shipments

In some cases, orders may be shipped in more than one parcel. If this happens, we will let you know where possible.
