Refund & Returns Policy

We offer a 30-day return window from the date your order is delivered.

Returns

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unworn and unused
  • In original packaging
  • In the same condition as received

Due to the nature of this product, we are unable to accept returns on items that have been worn, used, or washed.

This is to ensure hygiene and product integrity for all customers.

If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how to return your item. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Checking sizing and fit

We recommend checking sizing carefully before use.

If you are unsure about sizing or fit, please contact us before wearing the socks and we will be happy to advise.

First Pair Guarantee

We understand that trying a new product like this can be uncertain.

If your first pair doesn’t work for you, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

While worn items cannot be returned for hygiene reasons, we will review each case and aim to offer a fair resolution.

Faulty, damaged, or incorrect items

Please inspect your order upon arrival.

If your item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible at contact@orthotico.co.uk so we can resolve the issue promptly.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

If you need a different size or variation, please return your item (if eligible) and place a new order.

European Union 14-day cooling-off period

If your order is delivered within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason.

Returned items must still meet the conditions above (unworn, unused, and in original packaging).

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Please note that your bank or card provider may take additional time to process the refund.
